- Manage day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.- Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing procedures, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.- Prepare financial statements and reports in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.- Utilize QuickBooks Online to maintain accurate financial data, ensuring the smooth processing of transactions.- Assist with payroll processing, tax filings, and compliance-related documentation.- Perform regular bank reconciliations and ensure proper handling of cash flow.- Review and ensure the accuracy of financial documents, identifying and resolving discrepancies.- Support budgeting and forecasting processes by providing detailed financial data and insights.- Analyze financial information to recommend and implement improvements or cost-saving measures.- Collaborate with personnel involved with inventory and/or consignment to minimize shortages and improve inventory/consignment releases.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide financial guidance as needed.- Support external audits and provide necessary documentation as requested.

- Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
Experience: 2+ years of progressively responsible accounting experience, with a focus on operational accounting.Software: Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online. Experience with other accounting software is a plus.Attention to Detail: Must possess a keen eye for accuracy and be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly and concisely.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to think critically and identify areas for improvement.
