Responsibilities:
Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and company financial records.
Process payroll and ensure timely, accurate employee compensation.
Assist in generating financial reports and preparing for audits.
Manage invoicing, billing, and customer payments, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
Assist in tax preparation and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
Work with the finance team to improve accounting processes and address financial discrepancies.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
1+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience, preferably in a similar industry.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to handle sensitive financial data with discretion and confidentiality.
