Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
Reconcile bank statements and ensure all accounts are balanced and up-to-date.
Process payroll and manage employee expense reports.
Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Assist with tax filings and audit preparation as needed.
Monitor cash flow and manage budgets to ensure financial stability.
Provide administrative support for financial projects and processes.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage.
Familiarity with payroll systems and tax filing processes.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

High School
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of bookkeeping or related accounting experience.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines independently and collaboratively.
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate?s or Bachelor?s degree in accounting or finance preferred.
