We are Biotech Manufacturing Technician's for a fast-paced, GMP-regulated biopharmaceutical company in College Station, TX. The ideal candidate will have experience in upstream and/or downstream processing, with a strong preference for those familiar with single-use technologies, bioreactors up to 2000L, and/or medium to large-scale filtration systems. Responsibilities:
Perform upstream and/or downstream manufacturing operations, including cell culture, media preparation, purification, and filtration.
Operate and maintain bioreactors (up to 2000L) and associated process equipment.
Conduct medium to large-scale filtration processes such as TFF (Tangential Flow Filtration) and depth filtration.
Prepare and manage single-use technologies for production runs.
Follow GMP guidelines to ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
Perform routine cleaning, sterilization, and equipment maintenance to maintain a sterile environment.
Accurately document batch records, deviations, and SOPs to maintain compliance.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in real-time to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Quality Assurance, Process Development, and Engineering.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing efficiency.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Skills:
Biotechnology certificate or relevant training preferred.
Experience with single-use technologies in biomanufacturing.
Familiarity with medium to large-scale filtration systems (e.g., depth filtration, TFF).
Knowledge of SOPs, deviation management, and batch record documentation.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Associate's or Bachelor???s degree in Biotechnology, Biology, or related field or equivalent experience.
Experience working in a GMP-regulated environment is highly preferred.
Hands-on experience with bioreactors up to 2000L and related upstream/downstream processes.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills for equipment operation.
Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as required.
