Responsibilities:
??? Generate invoices based on sales orders, ensuring all relevant details are included in a timely
manner.??Creates credit memos needed and creates back orders for items that are out of stock.
??? Verify the accuracy of billing information and resolve any discrepancies.
??? Process credit card transactions made by customers.
??? Create new customer accounts and maintain customer account information.
??? Maintenance and update of tax codes and rate changes
??? Maintain & review sales tax-exempt resale certificates & partial tax-exempt certificates.
??? Preparing, printing, and e-mailing invoices to customers??or entering them into a portal
??? Maintaining and updating various spreadsheets and worksheets??
??? Work internally with other departments like shipping & customer service.
