Respond to incoming calls and deliver quality assistance to customers.
Research and resolve questions related to ATM and ACH claims, as well as electronic fund transfer errors.
Provide accurate information about accounts and transactions.
Assist customers with claim forms and escalate issues as needed.
Collaborate effectively with team members to support departmental goals.
Working hours: 8:00 PM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Prior experience in a call center or customer service setting.
Familiarity with handling customer claims and providing resolutions.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Computer skills, including data entry and general PC knowledge.
Proficient communication and customer service abilities.
Phone etiquette.
Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written).
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
