We are seeking a skilled Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join a mortgage services team. In this role, you will handle both inbound and outbound customer interactions in English and Spanish. Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8-hour shift between 9am-7pm or Monday -Thursday, set shift of 10am-9pm (1hr. lunch)
Starting pay is $18 per hour.
Responsibilities:
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide accurate information regarding mortgage products, billing, account status, and general inquiries.
- Document customer interactions in our CRM system clearly and accurately.
- Maintain professionalism under pressure and deliver top-tier service in high-stress situations.
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM
Skills:
- Great verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- Fluency in English and Spanish must be able to speak, read, and write both languages professionally.
- Previous call center or high-volume customer service experience required, preferably in a financial or mortgage setting.
