Assist judges, attorneys, and court personnel with administrative tasks.
Provide information and assistance to the public, including answering inquiries and directing individuals to the appropriate resources.
Collect and process court fees and fines.
Translate documents and interpret conversations between English and Spanish speakers.
Ensure the confidentiality and security of court records.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Previous experience in a court, legal, or administrative setting.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Fluency in English and Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking).
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or higher preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to follow instructions and procedures.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of legal terminology and court procedures.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong data entry and typing skills.
