Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors, employees, and candidates with a positive and professional attitude.
Direct visitors to the appropriate personnel, offices, meeting rooms, or departments.
Answer and manage incoming calls, providing information or directing calls as necessary.
Schedule and coordinate interviews, orientations, and meetings, including booking rooms and preparing materials.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, deliveries, and faxes.
Provide general administrative and clerical support, including data entry, filing, photocopying, and preparing documents.
Assist with onboarding new employees, including preparing new hire packets.
Manage and order office supplies.
Provide accurate information about the company and its services.
Translate documents and interpret conversations between English and Spanish as needed.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
2+ years experience in a similar position.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
High school diploma or equivalent.
Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative assistant, or customer service role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish. ??
