We are looking for Benefits Specialists to join our client's team! As a Benefits Specialist, you will answer inbound calls from customers to research, answer, and resolve complex benefits questions, and perform a variety of data refinement duties.
We are seeking candidates who enjoy working with people and who are eager to jump in and learn about our client's benefits and insurance programs.

- Work-from-home/onsite hybrid (open to WI residents only)
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls from users regarding navigation of the new insurance platform
- Verify the accuracy of premium amount charges
- In collaboration with other stakeholders, identify and rectify invoicing errors
- Relay information in an easy-to-understand format to mitigate the risk of future mistakes and allow appropriate staff to correct current mistakes
- Serve as an invoicing subject matter expert for the IT team
- Update health insurance contracts, verify member's choices, and provide education as required
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent degree
- Call center experience and/or experience in insurance administration is a plus
- Computer proficiency including the ability to use complex computer-based, case management, customer relationship management, and benefits processing software systems
- Math skills associated with accounting and reconciliation techniques
- Excellent communication skills including the ability to relay complex information
- A customer-service mindset and good phone etiquette
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
