Responsibilities:
- Act as an internal client liaison to manage all aspects of onboarding and implementing in a communicative and diligent fashion.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with our existing client base by answering inquiries while setting, managing, and exceeding expectations.
- Use discretion and independent judgment to manage projects associated with implementing new client groups.
- Escalate client concerns and utilize core internal resources and systems for grievances and appeals.
- Collaborate cross departmentally with internal resources to assist in the development and design of client presentations.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
- Health insurance and/or employee benefits experience is preferred and Third-Party Administrator (TPA) experience is a huge plus!

Qualifications:
-Associate degree or two years of equivalent related experience in business.
-One to three years? experience in the health benefit and/or insurance field.
-Exceptional interpersonal and written communication.
-Ability to work independently and across team settings.
-Intermediate level of knowledge in Microsoft office suite.
