We are looking for a Baker to join a reputable company in Faribault, MN. In this role, you will be responsible for baking large quantities of goods in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment. Using industrial-sized ovens and equipment, you'll help produce 200+ baked items at a time, ensuring quality and consistency. Responsibilities:

• Bake large quantities of goods (200+ items per batch) using industrial ovens and other equipment.
• Follow recipes and production schedules to ensure products meet quality and quantity standards.
• Monitor and adjust oven temperatures, baking times, and equipment settings for optimal results.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following all food safety guidelines.
• Assist with the preparation of ingredients and setup of baking equipment.
• Ensure products are finished, and ready for distribution on time.
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet production goals.

Working hours: 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM

Skills:

• Baking experience in an industrial environment

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of baking experience
• Ability to work with large-scale kitchen equipment, including industrial ovens.
• Attention to detail to ensure quality control in every batch.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-volume baking.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation procedures.
