We are seeking a highly motivated, hard-working individual for a Full-Time position to sell Managed IT Services and Physical Security to businesses in our area. The primary focus of the Sales Representative is to find and close new prospects by handling onsite appointments and providing demonstrations.
Responsibilities:
Requirements
3+ years of B2B Outside Sales Experience selling relevant services and products.
Track record of managing customer commitment, negotiation, and closing of the sales process.
Basic understanding of modern technology solutions and proficiency with general office applications.
Demonstrated success in developing client relationships and ability to quickly build rapport and trust
Assist clients by offering Managed Service Plans, Managed Security Plans, Private Cloud Solutions (application and desktop hosting), and Network installation projects (including turn-key hardware and software solutions).
Assist clients with the following: cameras, access control, D&V cabling, Fire /Security.
Initiate contact with prospects generated by the Marketing Team.
Generate leads and prospects through networking, events, cold-calling and other activities.
Work with prospects to develop a deep understanding of their needs, translate those needs into product requirements, and provide solutions that satisfy their demands.
Conduct presentations showcasing the company's services and products to prospects.
Effectively communicate features and benefits of solutions and manage prospect expectations.
Work with management to develop proposals and collaborate with technical team to develop solutions for prospects.
Manage the complexity of Managed IT services proposals, contracts, lease agreements, and service level agreements.
Maintain in-depth product knowledge of the company's service offerings.
Perform sales procedures through activities and opportunities while remaining compliant with defined policies and procedures.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
ConnectWise SELL experience a plus
Industry Sales certification is a plus
