The HPTs are meant to improve the work experience by allowing the employees an opportunity to offer suggestions for improvement.Daily attendance is a requirement of the job, as is arriving on time. Overtime is expected when customer demand dictates the need.Other duties as assigned.

Aptitude for diagnosis, repair, fabrication, and assembly of automated equipmentExperience with PLCs and HMI programming (Allen Bradley, Click, .)Basic understanding of Servo Controls and VFDAble to troubleshoot, and wire AC/DC electrical cabinets and modify prints as neededBasic Programming Abilities (C++, php)3D CAD Modeling experience is preferredProficient at using a Windows based PC, using email, the internet etc.Ability to communicate well with floor equipment operators, maintenance personnel, engineering and the Business Unit manager.
