Responsibilities:

- Assemble electrical components using hand tools
- Perform crimping, tinning, and soldering using standard techniques
- Identify and report defective materials
- Maintain clean and safe work area
- Follow production schedules and directions from supervisors
- Assist with other duties as needed
Skills & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a manufacturing/production role is a plus
- Minimum of 6 months of continuous work experience with one employer
- Ability to read basic process instructions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
- Must be able to stand for long periods
- Frequent hand and finger use
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly, and occasionally up to 50 lbs
- Good close-up and color vision
