- Supervise, train, and hold Quality Inspectors accountable for the execution of plumbing installations, ensuring work is done according to company standards and plumbing codes.- Ensure that all plumbing installations meet the Standard Installation Practices (SIP) and local plumbing codes. - Perform quality checks and coach installers to maintain high standards- Use Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track field team performance, identify areas for improvement, and create action plans to improve installation quality and productivity.- Act as a point of contact for builder superintendents to maintain positive relationships and resolve any issues related to installations. - Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and effective communication, - Be on-call to manage emergency situations or priority tasks within your designated area to minimize disruptions to project timelines.- Keep the owner and senior leadership team informed about key field operations, quality trends, and any issues requiring attention. - Regularly report on KPIs, team performance, and installation quality.

- Full-time position (Monday through Friday), with the potential for occasional weekend work (optional).
- Must be 21 years or older (due to insurance requirements).- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (minimum of 5 years).- Ability to perform manual labor and work in various weather conditions, as needed in the field.- Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to punctuality and consistent attendance.- Prior experience in a supervisory or management role, with the ability to coach and hold team members accountable.- Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve issues in the field after training.- Must be willing to learn new skills, methods, and standards related to plumbing installation and quality assurance.
