Responsibilities:
Process daily service invoices and maintain accurate customer account records.
Manage accounts receivable, including invoice tracking, follow-ups, and credit card payments.
Handle vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
Enter daily deposits and manage capital billings.
Assist with month-end and year-end financial close processes.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely invoicing.
Investigate and resolve financial discrepancies efficiently.
Provide backup support to Service Coordinators by answering customer calls, monitoring emails, scheduling service requests, and creating work orders.
Deliver excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Participate in a weekly on-call rotation every 7-9 weeks, handling after-hours emergency customer calls.
Skills:
Associate's Degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field.
Experience in the construction industry is a plus.
Ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communication and problem-solving skills, especially in customer interactions.
