We're looking for an Accounts Receivable (AR) Clerk to start immediately! This is a temporary-to-Hire position.
In this role, you'll work closely with clients, Client Relationship Managers (CRMs), and the internal team to manage and process invoicing, ensuring everything runs smoothly. You'll also handle daily financial tasks like calculating, posting, and verifying data to keep our accounts up to date and accurate.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate and process invoices for clients, ensuring billing information is accurate
Work with shipping/receiving teams to verify and match shipping documents with invoices
Ensure all pricing and charges are approved before invoicing
Post invoices to the general ledger and update the daily sales report
Apply payments and assist in monthly reporting
Reconcile discrepancies and report any ideas for improvement to supervisors
Stay compliant with all safety and regulatory standards
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 AM
Skills:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field is a plus
AR or accounting experience preferred

Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required
1-3 years of relevant experience (AR or accounting experience preferred)
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Microsoft Dynamics NAV
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks
Positive, professional attitude with an eye for continuous improvement
