Responsibilities:
??? Work with dispatch to identify areas with available capacity, find opportunities to fill the empty space with strategic freight. Understand the services we provide and the traffic lanes we serve.
??? Establish working relationships with key customers.
??? Manage assigned customer web-portals looking for and tracking available freight for bid and communicating dispatch and rates.
??? Develop and maintain a working knowledge of our customer service processes and procedures.
??? Maintain strong communications with customers and dispatch.
??? Understand the rates for the assigned customers, ensuring the customers are accurately billed for the services provided.
??? Identify potential problems and identify the potential solutions before the problem becomes a problem for the customer. Be Proactive.
??? Attention to detail, ensuring the information provided to the customer is accurate.
??? Follow up to ensure we are meeting the customers' expectations with on time pick up, delivery.
??? Provide customer support and identify new customer opportunities integrated with customer service.
??? Provide backup support and cross train with customer service and dispatch to be able to provide the customers or drivers with information related to the pickup or delivery of freight.
Working hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Skills:
- Education with 3 plus years of industry experience preferred.
- Experience in the field of logistics or transportation.
- Outgoing personality with the confidence to handle sensitive and confidential situations with tact and diplomacy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing competing tasks and demands.

Qualifications:
??? Previous Customer Service experience.
??? Strong Computer skills.
??? Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
??? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
??? Able to work independently and as a team member.
