We are seeking an experienced Air Export Coordinator with at least one year of experience using CargoWise and handling air export logistics. The ideal candidate will manage export files, maintain documentation, communicate with clients and vendors, and ensure timely and accurate processing of shipments. This role requires an understanding of air export procedures, attention to detail, and excellent organizational and communication skills. Mandarin is needed for this role.

Responsibilities:
Open and maintain export files with proper documentation (HBL, MBL, P/L, C/I, ITN filings, etc.).
Ensure all communications and relevant documents are stored in the job file.
Perform credit checks in line with company policies and escalate irregularities.
Draft and send BOLs to agents and customers for approval.
Maintain quotes on file, including cost and client sell rates.
Regularly file all documents (physical and electronic).
Address email queries from customers, vendors, and overseas offices.
Monitor and respond to requests within the same working day.
Communicate professionally via phone, email, and other methods.
Provide updates to overseas agents and customers on shipment statuses.
Arrange and confirm pickups, ensuring competitive rates and accurate scheduling.
Monitor departure statuses and ensure original documents are couriered as required.
Resolve customer issues independently and confirm POD upon delivery.
Process invoices, verify shipment weights and volumes, and handle price conversions.
Ensure profitability by managing costs and sell rates effectively.
Issue customer invoices within five days of departure.
Address vendor and client invoice concerns promptly.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Experience in export regulations, logistics processes, and international shipping.
