The Aerospace Training Skills Assessor works as part of the Instructor Resource Management team to assess aerospace industry courseware evaluations to our clients. Responsibilities:
-Understand and administer complex evaluation systems (hands-on and theoretical).
-Multi-task with numerous clients simultaneously.
-Maintain a clean and tidy work-space in a complex industrial environment.
-Communicating updates, issues and/or questions to your manager in a timely manner.
-Stay up to date on Aerospace and compliance requirements and maintain the highest level of customer service.
-Enter grades and attendance with 100% accuracy.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
-Standing up to teach all-day
-Strong technical skills background
-Ability to instruct technical courses in the Aerospace industry
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
-1-3 years Training, leadership or management experience preferred:
-Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and record keeping skills
-MS Office experience and comfortable learning new software
-Position must be flexible to perform duties on 1st, 2nd or 3rd shifts in a geographic area ranging from Everett to Puyallup.
