Responsibilities:
-Oversee and streamline administrative processes, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness across the organization.
-Supervise and lead a team of administrative staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
-Provide support for departmental and company-wide initiatives, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
-Coordinate communication between departments to ensure the efficient flow of information and resources
-Promote a safe, healthy, and productive work environment for all staff.
-Traveling within a 40 mile radius, between Visalia CA and Fresno CA
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
-Problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a focus on efficiency
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office management software.
-Organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
