equirements; helps provide support to the project management team, engineering staff and drafting staff. The Administrative Marketing Coordinator shall assume responsibility and take commensurate authority, as delegated by the President, for the performance of the following activities: Office Managerial support, Marketing support and serve as secondary support for administrative tasks with business development and project management.
Salary $50-60k DOE
Responsibilities:
Office Managerial support:
-Participate in the front entrance coverage
-Perform daily tasks needed around the office
-Plan company events
-Make travel arrangements for the team
-Other duties and responsibilities (as needed)
Marketing support:
-Continue to expand the content marketing strategy for digital, print, and social media
-Maintain the Company website
-Maintain Company's social media presence on Facebook and LinkedIn
-Provide measurable metrics and goals via established (SEO, Google Analytics, etc.) channels
-Other duties and responsibilities (as needed)
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Qualifications:
-Minimum of 3 years of work experience in an administrative role
-Minimum of 1 year of work experience or education in marketing
-Technical proficiency with the following software platforms: Microsoft Office, CRM, Google Analytics, Adobe Acrobat Professional, Mailchimp, database
-Excellent verbal, written and computer communication and technical skills
-Superior organizational skills and the ability to multitask
-Ability to work independently with minimum instruction
-Ability to maintain accurate records
-Exposure to the construction industry or construction projects within the Ethanol or Ag Processing is preferred
