- Performs all general administrative tasks as requested- Work constructively and creatively with other team members to help achieve objectives- Process all incoming inquiries promptly, ensuring that actionable items are handled correctly (phone, email, postal mail, etc.)- Maintain (manage, organize and update) the filing system (hard copy and electronic) to ensure the ability to retrieve important documents upon demand- Organize and maintain the tidyness of the lobby- Maintain & track inventories and supplies (office supplies, event materials, and retail items)- Arrange Travel for team and track points- Assist in planning and coordination events including scheduling, travel reservations, schedules and other arrangements for guest speakers, compilation of materials for the event, coordinate with Director to get bids or quotes for different jobs associated with the event- Maintain an electronic database of partners, interested parties, contacts, etc.- Set up accounts/Projects and Contacts in database and link all correspondence and records to this account/project for tracking purposes- Use the database to facilitate periodic communication mail-outs electronically and by postal mail- Help maintain social media and websites- Help with the creation and implementation of social media content (podcasts, graphics and video content)- Support for identifying, researching, and exploring potential fundraising sources- Assist in coordinating promotional & fundraising events (i.e. mail-outs, bulk mail, material preparation and event planning) and support in the planning and implementation of events, campaigns and appeals- Calendar updates (Outlook, Website and Social Media)- Promote and maintain a high standard of customer service that is client focused
