Pay $17-19/hour DOE
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm; Summer hours, Monday-Thursday 8:30am-5pm and Fri 8:30am-1pm
Responsibilities:
-Provide service to clients through all means of communication, including phone, email, in-person and via mail. Take messages, answer questions and schedule appointments
-Organize and maintain files, correspondence, records and other documents
-Assist in the day-to-day business administration and follow up on pending matters
-Input and retrieve data utilizing various computer software and web-based technology
-Compose correspondence, reports, memoranda and related materials for staff
-Perform special assignments and project work as needed and other duties as assigned
Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

-Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service skills
-Prior office experience, preferably a minimum of one year or more
-Demonstrate the ability to work independently and manage projects

-Prior insurance or financial services industry experience preferred
