Responsibilities:
??? Maintain records in project management system.
??? Manage workflow associated with multiple valuation engagements.
??? Work independently to meet various deadlines.
??? Provide excellent customer service to each client.
??? Support senior team members in maintaining client relationships through timely completion
of projects.
??? Strive for accuracy and maintain integrity with each project and in each team interaction.
??? Work as a vital member of our team.
??? Work toward continuous quality improvement.
??? Stay current with changing technology, including software programs.
??? Uphold, support, and promote all company policies and procedures.
Education/Experience/Proficiencies:
??? A minimum of 2-3 years of progressively responsible administrative support or office
management experience, preferably in a health care, accounting, and/or legal setting
??? Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize work with strong attention to detail, while
responding to tight deadlines
??? Ability to perform administrative, research, and some data entry duties with speed and
accuracy in a self-directed environment.
??? Strong Microsoft Word skills and experience with other Microsoft Office applications, such as
Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and PowerPoint
??? Effective oral and written communication skills
Working hours: 8:00 PM - 5:00 PM
