Responsibilities:
Office Oversight: Manage day-to-day office operations, including maintaining supplies, coordinating mail, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
Communication Hub: Answer and direct phone calls, greet visitors, and handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Scheduling & Coordination: Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Data Entry & Reporting: Accurately input data into our systems and generate reports as needed.
Document Management: Organize and maintain electronic and physical files.
Project Support: Assist with various administrative projects as assigned.
Vendor Liaison: Contact vendors regarding supply orders and service calls.
General Administrative Support: Handle any other administrative tasks that contribute to the smooth running of the office.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Proven experience in an administrative support role.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
