Primary role is to greet visitors and guide them appropriately, answer inquiries, and manage communication through emails and phone calls. You will screen calls, redirect them as needed, and take messages. Additionally, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments, meetings, and reservations. Organizing and maintaining files and databases in a confidential manner is essential, along with receiving deliveries and sorting incoming mail. You will also maintain office supplies, ensuring that our workspace runs smoothly. Directly interact with clients regarding billing, collections and taking payments.

Following up on unpaid medical invoices and coordinating payments.
Preparing and submitting claims to insurance companies when necessary.
Documenting all collection efforts and maintaining financial records.
Answering and directing phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
Scheduling appointments, meetings, and court dates.
Maintaining and organizing case files, documents, and records.
Preparing legal documents, correspondence, and reports.
Assisting attorneys and paralegals with case management.
Handling data entry, billing, and invoice processing.
Managing office supplies and coordinating office maintenance
