Perform general office duties, including answering phones, managing emails, and handling correspondence.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and electronic.
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
Assist with data entry, record keeping, and database management.
Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
Communicate with internal staff and external stakeholders in a professional manner.
Support the preparation and processing of invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents.
Conduct research and compile data for reports and presentations.
Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Associate or Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
Prior experience in an administrative or office support role.
Knowledge of office equipment, such as printers, copiers, and scanners.
Familiarity with project management tools and systems.
Experience handling financial or bookkeeping tasks.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in office administration or a related field is a plus.
