Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications.
Maintain office supplies and manage general office organization.
Assist with data entry, invoicing, and financial transaction processing.
Support accounts payable and receivable functions.
Maintain financial records and assist with bookkeeping tasks.
Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate appointments.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other necessary documents.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Previous experience in an office setting with accounting responsibilities.
Familiarity with financial reporting and record-keeping.
Knowledge of office management practices and administrative procedures.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or similar role.
