Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support, including scheduling, calendar management, and handling confidential documents.
Perform data entry and record-keeping, ensuring accuracy and organization of company documents.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and team members.
Act as a liaison between internal departments, clients, and external partners in both English and Spanish.
Draft and review correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
Travel between company locations or client sites using a personal vehicle (mileage and car expenses reimbursed).
Support special projects, research tasks, and process improvements.
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:30 AM
Skills:
Previous administrative and data entry experience (2+ years preferred).

High School

Qualifications:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) ??? Fluent in both spoken and written communication.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other administrative tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with executives, clients, and vendors.
Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and take initiative.
Must have a reliable personal vehicle for work-related travel
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
