Responsibilities:
Payment Management: You will handle the receipt and deposit of payments and refunds, ensuring they are processed promptly. This includes coordinating with other finance areas and managing communication with the bank and State Treasurer's Office regarding any deposit-related issues or inquiries.
Invoice Handling: Your role includes printing and sending Accounts Receivable invoices to customers through various channels (mail, email, online portals).
Aging Report Monitoring: You'll monitor and review Aging Reports for assigned Training Center locations, tracking overdue accounts and ensuring timely follow-up.
Customer Communication: You are responsible for updating customers and Center Managers on the status of their accounts, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Debt Collection: You will prepare and complete Debt Collection Reports for accounts that are overdue, assisting in the collection process.
Revolving Fund Management: Daily duties involve managing the Revolving Fund, including printing and re-spooling Revolving Fund Checks as necessary.
Team Support: You will serve as backup for other team members and take on additional duties as assigned, supporting the overall efficiency of the finance team.
Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Knowledge of general bookkeeping and accounting principles is a plus!

Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Strong mathematical and computational skills.
Ability to maintain accuracy while managing multiple tasks.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
