High school diploma or equivalent; associate?s or bachelor?s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
Proven experience in accounts payable and receivable, preferably in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a team environment.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Process and verify invoices, ensuring proper authorization and adherence to company policies.
Manage and track payments to vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain vendor files and update contact information as needed.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
