Responsibilities:
Receive and review invoices for accuracy and completeness.
Verify purchase orders and match them to corresponding invoices.
Enter invoice data into the accounting system, ensuring proper coding and approvals.
Process payments to vendors through checks, ACH transfers, or other approved methods.
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies.
Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions.
Assist with month-end closing procedures, including accruals and reconciliations.
Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve payment issues promptly.
Maintain confidentiality of financial information.
Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding accounts payable.
Collect and process employee time and attendance data.
Calculate wages, deductions, and taxes for each employee.
Process payroll through the designated payroll system.
Ensure accurate and timely payment of employee wages.
Maintain payroll records and prepare payroll reports.
Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters.
Stay up-to-date on payroll regulations and tax laws.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Familiarity with accounts payable automation tools.
Understanding of payroll tax laws and regulations.

Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in an accounts payable role.
Experience working with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
Strong data entry and keyboarding skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other basic computer applications.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
