We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to oversee the financial and compliance operations of our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning, reporting, and ensuring compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, and other regulatory standards. The Accounting Manager will also supervise the accounting team, manage audits, and support operational and business compliance. This role requires a hands-on professional with strong leadership skills, extensive accounting knowledge, and the ability to manage financial operations efficiently.

Responsibilities:
Oversee and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Prepare and maintain cash flow forecasts.
Manage legal and corporate secretary documents as assigned by the treasurer.
Provide guidance and instruction on workflow within the Accounting department.
Monitor credit control, review outstanding balances, and approve payments.
Review general ledgers, troubleshoot discrepancies, and ensure compliance.
Supervise the Accounting Department, including receivables and payables.
Collaborate with third-party consultants and auditors to fulfill all required audits.
Manage the closing of jobs in the system and provide training to staff.
Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports in compliance with company policies.
Develop and submit Profit and Loss statements and balance confirmations between group companies.
Plan and prepare the company???s annual budget.
Audit Preparation
Coordinate with auditors to manage mandatory audits every six months, following group policies and deadlines under US GAAP and IFRS.
Tax Compliance
Work with a CPA to prepare and submit federal and state income tax returns.
Banking and Financial Management
Oversee banking facilities, including renewing and managing lines of credit and letters of credit as necessary.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
CPA or CMA certification.
Advanced knowledge of financial software and systems.
Experience in coordinating with international teams or group companies.
Education:
Bachelors

Experience in Cargowise or other ERP systems
