? Establishes and recommends procedures and systems necessary to maintain proper records and to afford adequate accounting controls and services. ? Appraises the organization?s financial position and issues periodic financial and operating reports. ? Directs preparation and coordinates the contributing information for the budget (to include annual compensation overview). ? Analyzes, consolidates, and directs all cost accounting procedures together with other statistical and routine reports. ? Informs Senior Management Team and assist Parent Company as needed regarding insurance coverage for protection against losses and potential liabilities. ? Arranges and assists Parent Company in the preparation/review/audit of the company?s financial statements and practices. ? Prepares reports required by regulatory agencies. ? Responsible for supervising all accounting personnel and establishing a pleasant working environment. ? Direct Payroll financial functions to include review, approval and payment of bi weekly/ quarterly processing (performed by HR Department) and payroll processing as needed when HR staff need backup. Oversee and direct efficient daily operations of the Accounting Department: ? General Ledger: ? Lead and direct issuance of timely and accurate monthly financial statements with comparison and explanation to budget and prior year ? Ensure the accurate recording of balance sheet items through timely account reconciliations including bank statements on a monthly basis. ? Accounts Receivable Processing: ? Oversee A/R process for accuracy and completeness? Oversee Client A/R inquiries ? Review of Billings for Month End processing ? Preparation of Billing Reports for Consultants and verification for Month End processing. ? Accounts Payable Processing: ? Review/approve all purchases ? Review/approve all payments ? Prepare and maintain Expense Budget ? Maintain records and prepare 1099?s for A/P vendors at year-end ? Compile sales commissions for consultants ? Maintain satisfactory attendance to ensure completion of all responsibilities

- Excellent knowledge of accounting financial analysis and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles - Solid understanding of accounting software with advanced skills in Microsoft Applications predominately in Microsoft Word and Excel - Knowledge of Oracle NetSuite Financial Software a plus - Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to read, speak and write in English - Ability to lead in a professional capacity, with a calm demeanor; establish good working relationship with staff - Ability to concentrate; to be detail oriented and highly organized - Demonstration of Company financial confidentiality in prior positions
