• Pay rate: $18.50
• Schedule: Part time 3 hours Monday-Friday, 15 hours per week
• Location: Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin

Responsibilities:

• Manage and respond to accounting-related emails.
• Review invoices to ensure they align with tracking slips and purchase orders.
• Accurately enter accounts payable and non-stock invoices into the system

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma.
• Knowledgeable in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and basic accounting principles.
• Able to identify discrepancies in invoices, purchase orders, and payments, and take the necessary corrective actions.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling financial records
