Essential Functions Statements:
- Ensure the timely filing and maintenance of business records.
- Monitor and analyze department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Serve as backup for setting up vendors, process A/P invoices, create PO's, and issue checks.
- Maintain an organized set of detailed records and files to document financial transactions.
- Verifies the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records as assigned.
