The Account Manager will be responsible for managing customer demand, purchase orders, and providing information in a timely fashion allowing customers to plan their production. The Account Manager will also support customers with managing on-time delivery, customer questions/complaints, and adapting to changes in business needs. The Account Manager will work with cross functional teams to deliver results, and provide top tier customer support. This role is fully on site.

Responsibilities:
Enter information/data into SAP daily
Extract data from SAP and provide analytical analysis to support customer presentations, sales forecasting, and operations planning.
Manage customer lead times to reduce operations impact.
Monitor EDI demand variations weekly to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Notify customers of changes in deliverables.
Provide weekly reporting to customers and internal teams.
Act as liaison between customer and organization to ensure operations and supply chain teams are aligned in order to meet customer requirements.
Build strong partnerships between customer relations, scheduling, material planning and operations to support KPI?s.
Work with internal and third-party logistics to ensure on time pickups of product.
Other duties as assigned.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Bachelors Degree
SAP experience is preferred - other ERP systems also considered a plus
Experience working within the manufacturing field
Professional communication style
Previous Account Management experience considered a plus

Qualifications:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) ? Strong focus on Excel
Associates degree or 3 years or more of related experience
2 years or more of experience with ERP Software
