Responsibilities:
- Supervising third-shift production operations, ensuring high-quality and timely output.
- Training and coaching employees, setting schedules, and assigning machines.
- Monitoring production standards, making real-time adjustments to improve efficiency.
- Overseeing equipment setup and quality assurance, ensuring all jobs meet specifications.
- Providing employee performance feedback, including evaluations and improvement plans.
- Enforcing company policies and safety procedures, ensuring a productive work environment.
- Delegating tasks to shift leads, ensuring smooth workflow and operational success.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a production or manufacturing setting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PDF software.
- Ability to resolve conflicts, de-escalate tense situations, and promote teamwork
