Responsibilities:
- Conduct First Article Inspections (FAI), incoming product inspections, and process audits.
- Investigate and resolve shop floor quality issues with production teams.
- Maintain and support ISO 9001:2015 compliance through audits and documentation.
- Oversee equipment calibration and validate parts to customer specifications.
- Assist in analyzing quality data and implementing process improvements
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of Quality Assurance experience in manufacturing.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings and operate inspection equipment.
- Experience with ISO 9001 quality systems and Microsoft Office.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- ASQC certification and sheet metal fabrication experience are a plus.
