We are currently seeking an experienced production supervisor to lead our clients 2nd shift team in fabrication/welding. The team is 20-25 employees with a diverse group of tenured and newer employees needing great leadership to drive their team to success. Leading the team to success will include training/development, timecard approval, and working closely with purchasing/scheduling to meet production goals. Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily production operations, ensuring that manufacturing processes run smoothly, efficiently, and meet quality standards
- Supervise and lead a team of production workers, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure a productive work environment
- Monitor production schedules, adjusting resources as needed to meet deadlines and production targets
- Implement and enforce safety protocols, conducting regular inspections and training sessions to maintain a safe workplace
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Quality Control, Maintenance) to resolve production issues and improve overall plant efficiency
Working hours: 2:00 PM - 12:00 AM

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2+ years in a leadership role, combined with a minimum of 5 years manufacturing experience
- Associate Degree in Production Management or related field or equivalent experience
- Good understanding of ISO 9001-2015 and ISO 14001-2015
