Responsibilities:
- Performing maintenance, repair, and construction of tooling and dies safely and efficiently.
- Operating CNC turning and milling equipment to complete precision machining tasks.
- Training and mentoring team members in standard tooling practices.
- Following Standard Work instructions and continuously improving processes.
- Coordinating and prioritizing tool-making activities to support production needs
Qualifications:
- Apprentice or Journeyman Tool & Die Maker/Machinist with 2+ years of technical training OR 5 years of hands-on experience in the field.
- Proven CNC machining experience (turning and milling).
- Strong knowledge of die practices and machining principles in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively through both handwritten and electronic documentation.
