Spherion brandishes the power of local through a network of independent and empowered franchise owners. Our offices enrich their communities by connecting and facilitating employment opportunities every day. Our Community Giveback program gives our local franchisees the power to amplify the message of local charities within their communities by granting $500 (or more!) and volunteer time to causes that matter locally. 

Spherion’s Community Giveback Program began in 2014 and has donated more than $1.2 million to nonprofits nationwide. We're proud to partner with so many organizations creating positive change in our communities, including: 

• Dixon Gallery and Gardens (Memphis, TN)
• High Fives Nonprofit Foundation (Chico, CA)
• Special Olympics (Decatur, IL)
• YMCA of Wichita Falls (Wichita Falls, TX)
• Ribbon of Hope Cancer Support Ministry (Elkhart, IN)
