Spherion brandishes the power of local through a network of independent and empowered franchise owners. Our offices enrich their communities by connecting and facilitating employment opportunities every day. This program gives our local franchisees the power to amplify the message of local charities within their communities and give back through a $1,000 donation (or more!) and volunteer days. 

Spherion’s Community Giveback Program began in 2014 and has donated more than $1 million to nonprofits nationwide. We're proud to partner with so many organizations creating positive change in our communities, including:

• High Fives Nonprofit Foundation (Chico, CA)
• Special Olympics (Decatur, IL)
