??? Supervise and lead warehouse staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
??? Oversee inventory control processes, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping of products.
??? Develop and implement warehouse policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
??? Monitor inventory levels and product availability to meet customer demands while minimizing excess stock and carrying costs.
??? Coordinate with other departments, such as sales, logistics, and customer service, to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
??? Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards to maintain a safe work environment.
??? Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse facility, including equipment maintenance and facility repairs.
??? Analyze warehouse operations and identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and productivity enhancement.
??? Prepare and analyze reports on warehouse performance metrics, such as inventory turnover, order accuracy, and on-time delivery.
??? Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic initiatives and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
*Manufacturing experience is a plus*
*Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus but not required.*

4-7 years
Qualifications:
??? Proven experience in warehouse management or related field, with a minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience.
??? Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management principles, and logistics best practices.
??? Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
??? Proficiency in warehouse management software, such as SAP, WMS, or similar systems.
??? Ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing priorities, and adapt to changing business needs in a fast-paced environment.
??? Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
??? Forklift certification and knowledge of safety regulations preferred.
??? Availability to work flexible hours and occasional weekends as needed.
