Responsibilities:
Greet walk-in customers and assist them with the check-in process.
Handle incoming calls, route them appropriately, and answer basic inquiries.
Follow up with customers on applications, documentation, titles, and service needs.
Support the sales team with customer documentation and manage data entry in system.
Address customer complaints and escalate them to the appropriate individual for resolution.
Assist management with various clerical duties.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Experience with financial services or in a financial setting.
Advanced proficiency in handling complex customer interactions and negotiations.
Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to work independently.

High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
1 to 3 years of customer service experience in a related field.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
Strong computer and technical skills; comfortable using business management systems.
Ability to work a flexible, full-time schedule, including weekends and holidays.
