Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate production team activities to ensure efficient operation of the manufacturing process.
Monitor production schedules and adjust workflows as needed to meet deadlines and customer demands.
Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.
Train and mentor production staff to maintain high performance and quality standards.
Identify and implement process improvements to optimize productivity and reduce waste.
Collaborate with other departments such as quality assurance, maintenance, and logistics to resolve production issues.
Maintain accurate production records and reports for management review.
Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to ensure proper functioning and cleanliness.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 12:00 AM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
Familiarity with food safety auditing processes and certification standards.
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required.

Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
Minimum of 4 years of experience in a supervisory role within a food manufacturing environment.
Excellent knowledge of food manufacturing processes and regulations, including GMP, HACCP, and FDA guidelines.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
Proven track record of implementing process improvements and achieving production targets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and production management software.
