Spherion Jacksonville is looking for an Onsite IT Assistant. The Onsite IT Assistant will support the client's IT manager in coordinating between internal teams and the outsourced IT helpdesk. This role primarily focuses on facilitating communication and providing onsite support as needed.

Assist in managing and coordinating tasks with our outsourced IT team, including maintaining agenda and action plans, submitting support tickets, and following up on issues.
Provide physical presence to assist with troubleshooting onsite IT issues and various devices such as laptops, monitors, webcams, and desk phones.
Maintain inventory of computers, monitors, phones, and other devices, coordinating new device setup and facilitating resetting/wiping of old laptops.
Support upcoming IT projects, examples include researching and implementing a secondary ISP setup, cloud phone solutions, and video conference room.
Troubleshoot various onsite IT issues and devices, assist 2 small regional offices as needed
React to and coordinate troubleshooting of cybersecurity instances and escalate issues to the outsourced IT team as needed.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Experience in coordinating with external vendors.
Excellent communication skills.

Qualifications:
This assignment is initially for 3-6 months, potentially extended to a longer term based on performance and business needs.
Strong project management skills.
Proficiency in troubleshooting various IT issues.
Previous IT support experience.
