Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Lead the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and overseeing the onboarding process for new hires.
- Policy Implementation: Collaborate with department managers to ensure the understanding and adherence to HR policies and procedures. Continuously update and enhance HR policies as needed.
- Employee Records and Reports: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and generate reports as required.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all safety, legal, and quality requirements, maintaining a safe and secure work environment.
- Corporate Culture Enhancement: Organize and facilitate team-building activities and social events to promote a positive corporate culture.
- Training and Development: Coordinate training programs to support the professional development of employees and enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Vacation and Absence Management: Manage and monitor employee vacations and absences, ensuring proper coverage and adherence to company policies.
- Other HR Duties: Support Senior Management with various HR tasks and projects as assigned.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

1-4 years
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary diploma/degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in HR and/or administrative roles.
