Responsibilities:
Greet patients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor
Manage patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently
Schedule appointments and assist with appointment reminders
Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries promptly and professionally
Verify insurance information and collect co-payments
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal) is essential
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
PC skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-pressure environment
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Previous experience in a customer service or healthcare setting preferred
Must demonstrate a positive attitude, patience, and empathy towards patients
Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic work environment
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in healthcare administration is a plus
